Wake-up with the Locals

Palmetto Bay Sunrise Cafe is a casual cafe, open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They are dog-friendly, have a full bar, and like the other restaurants, offer guests a choice of inside or patio dining. After 18 years of local favorites, they still serve Hilton Head’s best breakfast all day with popular items like biscuits n’ gravy and quiche. Customers also rave about their Stuffed French Toast, Crab Cake Eggs Benedict, and Breakfast Burritos with homemade salsa. It’s true - just check out their 967 reviews.
