Celebrating Our Local Lowcountry Community

Here's your chance to recognize your favorites for the "Best of" in everything that makes Hilton Head Island and surrounding Lowcountry great. The Island Packet and The Beaufort Gazette presents the 2024 Lowcountry’s Best Awards. This contest is designed to engage the community in celebrating the places, restaurants and local businesses we love.

Since 1958, Palmetto Bay Marina in Hilton Head Island, SC has been a popular local marina offering boaters the safety, convenience, and comfort of a full-service marina only 1/2 mile from the Intracoastal Waterway.
